Bappa Dinda
Managing Director, Speak and Shine International
Bappa Dinda is a successful hospitality professional, entrepreneur, and the visionary founder of Speak & Shine International. With over 18 years of extensive, international Hospitality & Food & Beverage management experience, Bappa’s career has spanned across top global hospitality brands including Hyatt Hotels & Resorts, Fairmont hotels & resorts, Marriott, ITC Hotels and resorts, The Vancouver Club, and The Sutton Place Hotel, with work experience in India, Canada, and the USA.
He is a Canadian citizen of Indian origin, having lived in Canada for the last 16 years. His career journey is also a testament to his personal immigration success story. Having navigated the challenges of relocating, building a career overseas, and integrating into new cultures, he understands the obstacles and aspirations of international job seekers firsthand. This experience inspired the launch of Speak & Shine International – a dedicated overseas recruitment and training platform focused on connecting India’s skilled workforce with global employment opportunities through ethical, transparent, and reliable recruitment solutions. At its core, Speak & Shine International is not just a company but a personal mission, built on integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to changing lives.

Aayatakshi Dutta
Operations Manager, Speak and Shine International
Aayatakshi Dutta is an accomplished hospitality professional and the Operations Manager at Speak & Shine International. With over a decade of international experience in hotel operations and reservations management, she has worked with leading brands like Marriott Hotels, Hyatt Regency Vancouver, Spirit Ridge, and Coast Hotels across India, the UAE, and Canada.
A graduate in Hospitality Management from the Institute of Advanced Management, Kolkata, Aayatakshi began her career in India before expanding globally. Her leadership roles in reservations and guest services, including managing high-volume corporate accounts, have honed her expertise in operational excellence and customer service.
At Speak & Shine International, Aayatakshi oversees international recruitment operations, client relations, and service standards, driven by her journey of navigating global career opportunities. Her industry insight and genuine passion for empowering Skilled professionals make her a key leader and mentor within the organization.
